Paris, France - March 19, 2025 - The IT Press Tour, a leading media event launched in June 2010, today unveiled participating organizations*
for the coming 61st edition organized April 1st and 2nd in London, England.
Around topics like IT infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Data Management and Storage, Big Data and Analytics plus AI, a real horizontal force, the press team will meet 6 organizations. By alpha order they're: AppsCode, Auwau, DAOS, FerretDB, Quesma and Storadera. Five are new for the tour and one has been met in the past so it represents a perfect mix.
"We're glad to organize this edition in London and at the fantastic modernized Battersea Power Station, with Pink Floyd Animals album released in 1977 in mind. The IT Press Tour continues to deliver unique values and promotes young and innovative companies but also established ones, this is our mission," said Philippe Nicolas, creator of The IT Press Tour. "The role and place of the tour in the industry is by far well established and recognized. With this coming 61st edition, we'll beat new record with 335 distinct companies for 577 sessions," concluded Nicolas.
With quotes from some participating companies for this coming edition:
-
Jacek Migdal, CEO & Co-founder, Quesma
"The observability and security landscape is evolving rapidly, and modern SQL is the key to unlocking unparalleled efficiency. At Quesma, we started by bringing Elasticsearch interoperability to ClickHouse, and now we’re optimizing performance and cost efficiency by 10x. With paid customers and strong partnerships like Hydrolix, we’re proving that structured query intelligence is the future. We\’re excited to share how we’re pushing the boundaries of SQL-driven troubleshooting with The IT Press Tour."
-
Tommi Kannisto, CEO and Founder, Storadera
"Storadera is excited to join The IT Press Tour in London and is looking forward to discussing the latest developments in our secure and cost-effective S3 compatible cloud storage platform. We will focus on our journey to achieve SSD-like performance on the HDD backend using variable block size technology. This kind of innovation allows us to continue offering some of the best prices in the industry while keeping the service secure and sustainable. We’ll also discuss how we address security, our geographical expansion plans and the importance of having Europe-based technology in our ecosystems."
